Christmas Candlelight Service
On this Sunday at dusk, the community joins together in the sanctuary on the river for a traditional family service featuring choir music, special readings, and carols sung by candlelight. Childcare is provided for children ages 3 years and younger. Attendees may bring "gifts for the baby" which go to needy mothers of newborns. The Church of the River is a Welcoming Congregation.
Christmas Eve Service
Come join us for a Christmas Eve service with carols, lessons and time for reflection. Our Christmas Eve service will also include an impromptu Christmas pageant production of "A Charlie Brown Christmas." All are welcome to participate in the pageant; no rehearsals necessary! The Church of the River is a Welcoming Congregation.
Make Your Own: Wire Rings
Make unique rings out of wire using pliers and a ring mandrel. You will learn how to incorporate the techniques of wire wrapping, beading, and forging into the designs. $10 per project | Ages 15 and up (Ages 10 - 15 may attend, but must have an adult registered with them)
